There's no word on whether the feature will come to the universal Windows Skype app just yet.
Sending money to friends or family members is about to get a little easier with Skype and Pay Pal.
If you just want to make voice calls with Skype, you're set.
However, if your computer doesn't have a built-in webcam, that's next on the list.
"Pay Pal handles the money transfers and usually within moments, your money is on its way," the team wrote.
"Questions like 'Can I reimburse you for those movie tickets? ' no longer require switching from Skype to your browser or banking app to start a payment process," the Skype team wrote in a blog post Wednesday.
"Starting today, we're rolling out the ability to send money with Pay Pal on Skype." To try it out, swipe right when you're chatting with someone then tap Send Money.
Apple products like i Phones, i Pads and i Touches all have the ability to run Skype.
Some cell phones running Android, as well as some models offered by Verizon Wireless (including Blackberrys, Android smartphones and other 3G phones), can run a special program called Skype mobile.
If you want to make calls to someone without Skype, it's necessary to set up a Skype Credit account using a credit card or Pay Pal (more on this later).
